Part of a new collection of driftwood art:
A 5-legged starfish and two periwinkles and a netted dog whelk shell painted on a small block of driftwood to give the illusion of being held in a wooden crate. Gloss varnished to add depth and reflection of water. Packaging symbols painted on the side instructing you to keep the crate "this way up".
Acrylic painting on driftwood and finished with gloss UV varnish.
A piece measuring approximately 4.8cm x 10cm x 7.1cm (H x L x W).

The type of Driftwood/wood found varies. It is not always known if the wood has been treated (varnished/painted) when found.
Each Driftwood painting is unique, prints and back in stock requests are sadly unavailable. If you find a piece has sold you may contact me for a commission of a similar piece or wait and see what the tide brings me!
