Autumn Walk" - Innisidgen, St. Mary's. Through the old pine trees overlooking Little Porth and Bar Point, with Tresco across the sea.

I love the complementary colours of burnt sienna in the bracken and the turquoise of the sea. One of the walks that reminds me to appreciate where I live. It is easily forgotten in day to day life, with work, raising a family and the never ending chores! Autumn and Winter are seasons when I have a little more time to go for the longer walks, take in the beautiful vistas and be thankful that I can call the Islands my home.

Acrylics on a deep edge canvas (approx. 50cm x 680.9m x 3.8cm).
